Good evening!

 

Excuse me if I neglect you, I write often that I will put remedy to my fickle presence on my blog, but then I find myself apologizing again.

 

Buonasera!

Scusatemi se vi trascuro, scrivo spesso che porrò rimedio a questa mia presenza incostante, ma poi mi ritrovo a scusarmi di nuovo.

 

These months are a little '"special": the fact that I lost my job does not allow me to be totally happy and also if I have more time than before, I struggle to organize the days ... I would do many things but I can not .
I have many ideas in mind, but I can not carry them out with the same speed with which I think.

I really hope, sooner or later, to be able to find the right pace to do it all ... I ask you to have patience.

 

Questi mesi sono un po' “particolari”: il fatto di aver perso il lavoro non mi permette di essere totalmente serena e per quanto io abbia più tempo di prima, fatico ad organizzare le giornate...vorrei fare tante cose ma non ci riesco.

Ho molte idee in mente, ma non riesco a realizzarle con la stessa velocità con cui le penso.

Spero davvero, prima o poi, di riuscire a ritrovare il giusto ritmo per fare tutto...vi chiedo di avere pazienza.

 

I do not want to leave this miniature world that I like so much and I want to continue to follow some project that I'm neglecting some time ...

birthday (which was in December) ...

Non voglio abbandonare questo mondo in miniatura che tanto mi piace e vorrei riprendere a seguire qualche progetto che sto trascurando da tempo...

Ricordate quest'estate? Vi ho mostrato una casetta che stavo modificando e vi raccontavo di un grande progetto che avrei voluto realizzare per il mio

compleanno (che è stato nel mese di Dicembre)...

 

Unfortunately, I have not worked on that house and even on that project ...

I'm so sorry about projects that do not wear out ... I weigh ... it is not me ...

Purtroppo da allora non ho più lavorato a quella casetta e neppure a quel progetto...

Mi spiace così tanto parlare di progetti che non porto a termine...mi pesa...non è da me...

But now, thanks to Valeria aka Graffialuna, I'm starting to dream.
Thanks to her, I had the opportunity to exhibit in Apeldoorn, I spent 5 fantastic days, met wonderful people and I came home with many ideas on what I'm working on.

All this to tell you that I have not forgotten you.

Ora però, grazie a Valeria aka Graffialuna, sto ricominciando a sognare.

Grazie a lei ho avuto l'occasione di esporre ad Apeldoorn, ho trascorso 5 giorni fantastici, conosciuto persone meravigliose e sono tornata a casa con molte idee sulle quali sto già lavorando.

Tutto questo per dirvi che non mi sono dimenticata di voi.

I take this opportunity to show you some photos of our trip ... we go by car so we made a stop in Strasbourg and in Colmar.

Ne approfitto per mostrarvi qualche foto del nostro viaggio...siamo andate in auto per cui abbiamo fatto tappa a Strasbourg, all'andata ed a Colmar, al ritorno.

The Apeldoorn miniature show, however, was a feast for the eyes and the heart ... in fact we have known miniaturists from the qualities truly unique and infinite kindness that gave us very special moments ... we can not wait to see them again !
For this exhibition I made some new stands. Valeria and I have shared the table and that's why we decided to create stands who fit both my furniture to her clothes.
Thus were born the "corners" as we call them ... do you like?

We are crazy about!

La fiera di Apeldoorn, invece, è stata una meraviglia per gli occhi e per il cuore...abbiamo infatti conosciuto miniaturisti dalle qualità davvero uniche e dalla gentilezza infinita che ci hanno regalato momenti davvero speciali...non vediamo l'ora di rivederli!

Per questa fiera ho realizzato dei nuovi espositori. Valeria ed io abbiamo condiviso il tavolo e per questo

 

abbiamo pensato di creare degli espositori che si adattassero sia ai miei mobili che ai suoi abiti.

Così sono nati gli “angolini” come li chiamiamo noi...vi piacciono?

A noi fanno impazzire!

From Reality to Miniature

Hello girls!

Given the success of my small Greenhouse, I thought I'd show you some of my other creation in comparison with reality.

Ciao ragazze!

Visto il successo riscosso dalla mia piccola serra, ho pensato di mostrarvi qualche altra mia creazione a confronto con la realtà.

I think it's fun to see how each of us reproduces a real object, don't you?
We all draw inspiration from reality, so many times the styles and subjects are the same, but the result is never the same.

Credo sia divertente vedere come ognuno di noi riproduce un oggetto vero, non trovate anche voi?

Tutti ci ispiriamo alla realtà, quindi molte volte gli stili ed i soggetti sono gli stessi, ma il risultato non è mai uguale.

The taste, style and the ability of each of us make is that each creation is different from that of another person, even if the true model is the same.
This is one of the beautiful sides of our hobby.

Il gusto, lo stile e le capacità di ognuno di noi fanno si che ogni nostra creazione sia diversa da quella di un'altra persona, anche se il modello reale è lo stesso.

Questo è uno dei lati belli del nostro hobby.

I apologize once again, but I do not remember where I found these pictures, if on the web or in some decorating magazine ... cherish them for too long ...

Hello girls!

 

I finally found the time make some photos to my creations ... the pictures taken at the show are certainly not suitable to my etsy shop!

One of the first items I will add on my shop, is the small

Greenhouse.

Finalmente ho trovato il tempo di fotografare le mie creazioni...le foto fatte in fiera non sono certo adatte al mio negozio etsy!

Uno dei primi articoli che caricherò sarà sicuramente la mia piccola

It's one of my creations I like most to the simple fact that I kept for many time the photo in my sketchbook and do not expect more than the chance to achieve it.

 

It took me 

two full days of work!

E' uno degli articoli a cui sono più affezionata per il semplice fatto che conservavo da diverso tempo la foto nel mio quadernetto degli schizzi e non aspettavo altro che l'occasione giusta per realizzarla.

Mi ha richiesto

due interi giorni di lavoro!

I do not deny that the first attempt has failed ... but the second I got the result I wanted ...

The roof opens, so you can place a pot of flowers inside.
The drawer opens too ... it collects dried petals and leaves ... isn't it cute? Well, the real one has it, I had to do it!

The color is the one I like best at the moment...

Non nego che il primo tentativo è fallito...ma al secondo ho ottenuto il risultato che volevo...

Il tetto si solleva, così potete appoggiare un vasetto di fiori all'interno.

Il cassetto si apre...dovebbe servire per raccogliere i petali e le foglie che, seccati, cadono dalla pianta...carino no? Beh, quella vera ce l'ha, non potevo non farlo!

Il colore è quello che in questo momento mi piace di più...l'

azzurro grigio!

I wanted to share with you how I created one of my miniatures.
I am inspired by reality but I rather show the real object I reproduce in miniature...

By the way, I apologize if I do not provide the source of the photos of the greenhouse (the real one) but I can't find it. The photo is in fact the photo of an image I printed some times ago... so I do not know if I found it in a magazine or on the web, sorry!

Ho voluto farvi partecipi di come è nata una delle mie creazioni.

Mi ispiro sempre alla realtà ma non mostro mai com'è l'oggetto reale...

A proposito, mi scuso se non fornisco la fonte della foto delle serra (quella in scala 1:1) ma non la trovo più. La foto è infatti la foto di un'immagine che ho stampato...quindi non so più se l'ho trovata su una rivista o su internet!
