Too hot...

...to work and acheive all that in mind...I was hoping to be able to delight you, every day, with some news, but unfortunately the heat is such that I can't do everything I had promised myself.

So you will have to wait a while...in the menatime I show you a project I'm working on...there still much work to do but, as I said, it's too hot...I'm looking forward to the winter, among other things, is one of the seasons I love most!

Now I greet you. I will do everything to show you some news soon...I'm really interested in what you think about my creations!

A Gift from Japan...

It's with great joy that I show you the beautiful gift I received yesterday from Japan: a 1/12 Scale Quilt from Mayumi!

It's made with pastel colours, my favorites! In the picture you see the quilt (front and back) and the cover of the note she wrote me: it's so romantic, isn't it?

I'm so happy! It's nice to meet so special people in distant lands: for the mere fact of having made them happy, they desire to reciprocate this happiness with a gift created with their hands. It' s very exciting!

Thanks Mayumi, your are great!!!
